Reverse Osmosis Parts

A few of you have asked me about my RO unit this week so here is where I bought it from and all the parts .

Compact 3 Stage Reverse Osmosis Water Filter

A cheap unit that has lasted me for years I change the filters every year and I change the membrane every 4-5 years, how often you have to do it depends on the amount of water you use and how you protect it..changing the pre filters more means the RO filter membrane last longer.

RO Float Valve kit With Shut Off Valve

This is the entire kit and everything you need, this kit enables you to forget about your unit and it makes water when levels are low in your RO water container on its own.

RO Booster Pump (low mains pressure )

I don’t use this but this is what you need if you have low water pressure from the tap.

RO Water Pump (to pump water to tanks)

This is the type of pump I use to circulate my RO water and I also use it to pump water to the tanks some of which are over 2 meters high, when you buy a pump make sure it can pump a god half a meter higher than your highest tank, on the pump it should say max head height.

TDS Meter/Tester for Reverse Osmosis HM Digital TDS)

The original and best TDS pens.

VYAIR 342ppm TDS Calibration Solution (a.k.a Water Testing Solution) 3 fl oz (90 ml)

Use this solution with the tiny screwdriver from your tds meter to calibrate your pen, just make sure to give the solution a good shake before you use it, I use two pens and calibrate them both when one of them reads different from the other.

SaltyShrimp Bee Shrimp Mineral GH+ 110g

Hope this helps
